Who we are

Digital Prop Studio, Koning Boudewijnlaan 58, 8310 Brugge, Belgium (VAT BE 0713.450.143) is the controller for the personal data processed on this website. Questions about this policy or your data? Email lander@digitalpropstudio.com.

Contact form

When you fill in the contact form, we process your name, email address, the name of your production (optional) and your message. Your IP address is also stored briefly to prevent abuse of the form (spam).

We use this data solely to answer and follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is taking (pre-)contractual steps at your request, and, for spam prevention, our legitimate interest.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow up on your request and any collaboration that results from it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Analytics (cookieless)

We use our own cookieless analytics. There are no third-party advertising or tracking services on this site.

Per visit we record: country and city (derived from your IP address), device type (phone, tablet or computer), language, which parts of the page you viewed, how long you stayed and which website referred you.

Your IP address itself is not stored in the analytics. It is used to derive an anonymised code that changes every day, so visitors cannot be tracked across multiple days. Raw analytics data is automatically deleted after 90 days.

Cookies

This site uses a single functional cookie: dps_lang. It remembers your language choice (Dutch or English) for 12 months. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why we do not show a cookie banner.

Who we share data with

We never sell or share your data for marketing purposes. We work with a limited number of service providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider (Supabase) and our email provider for sending notifications.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data, and the right to object to or request restriction of processing. Email lander@digitalpropstudio.com and we will respond as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority via dataprotectionauthority.be.

Changes

We may update this policy when the website or legislation changes. The date at the top always indicates the most recent version.
